JustOurBlock is a neighborhood community platform that helps neighbors stay connected. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use JustOurBlock. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account. If you think someone else has access to your account, let us know right away.

Acceptable use

Keep it neighborly. When using JustOurBlock, you agree not to:

• Post content that is harmful, threatening, or harassing
• Share illegal content or use the service for illegal purposes
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Spam, solicit, or post unsolicited advertising
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or private data

Block leaders

Each block has one or more leaders (admins) who manage membership. Block leaders can approve or remove members at their discretion. Decisions about block membership are handled at the block level.

Account removal

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms, disrupt the community, or are used in ways we didn't intend. We'll try to give notice when possible, but may act immediately if needed.

No warranties

JustOurBlock is provided "as is" and "as available." We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we don't guarantee uptime, accuracy, or that the service will meet every need. Use it at your own discretion.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of JustOurBlock after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
